Total Rewards
Ceasars Entertainment wanted to offer its global customer base a way to redeem their reward points online. I was hired to research and design a brand new e-commerce platform. By creating powerful search and product filtering features, the new responsive website offered an exceptional user experience. A simple checkout process was designed for visitors to have a choice of paying with their points, cash, or both. A custom mobile app was also developed to hook into the user database and offer geolocation-driven promotions at all the casino and resort locations. Their new website was heavily marketed through a mix of entertaining radio and tv commercials.
